Who we are

M.P.M. (acronym of the activity) sees its light in 2011 when the two founders coming from different areas of mechatronics and mechanical design decided to join together.

The team quickly grows, with internal and external teammates that are prevalently working as R&D headquarter of national Companies working on an international market.

Between 2019 and early 2020 it’s time for MPM to rethink its position on the market. The general crisis of the markets and some changes in its own internal market requires serious insights on positioning and activity.

Within 12 months, the technical-design team grows both in number and in quality pushing the Company towards technological and strategic research and development activities.

The change brings its effects and one of the two founding partners leaves the team. MPM remains under the care of its chief and engineer Valerio Taglioli (the “engine” of the change), joined by his historic alter-ego and now shareholder, Vittorio Ferrarini.

During the transition period Taglioli is supported by a team of experienced managers in business development, enriching the brand skills on subjects like financial, administrative, organizational, training, communication and legal, as well as Communitarian Policies.

M.P.M. aims to grow further and to do so its focusing on growing its team. To achieve more goals, in the short, medium and long period, the Company gives extra care in order to not overlook any key element.

 

 

MPM, as of December 31st, 2019, boasts 9 proprietary patents (many more patented on customer projects) … and we have just only started.
